This car had over 14 paint jobs on it when I purchased it!  It took considerable time removing all
the different layers of paint, primer, and fillers.

Please, if you plan on restoring a classic car, no matter what it is, try to remember these notes!
1.  DO NOT BONDO OVER HOLES!
2.  NEVER PUT BONDO ON MORE THAN 1/16TH OF AN INCH THICK!
3.  DENT PULLERS CAUSE MORE DAMAGE THAN THEY FIX!
4.  NEVER COVER OLD/BAD BODY WORK THAT SOMEONE ELSE DID!
5.  ALUMINUM RIVETS ON STEEL CORRODE AND FAIL, WELD IT!
6.  NEVER PUT AUTOMOTIVE PAINT ON MORE THAN 2 EXISTING PAINT JOBS!
There were so many layers of paint and primer on the car that the material was cracking
every where, covering them up is not the solution.  It needed to be stripped down, and done right.

If you want a larger picture of one you see above, please send an email to jeffs65gt@nc.rr.com along with the picture number.
You can find the picture number by right clicking on the desired picture and then attach the picture to the email.

Some of these links are broken due to the Ford company forcing the rights to the Mustang name sake!  Thanks Ford!
